Who am Creed? Scott Stapp was probably the worst thing about Creed. But I have to say, Scott Stapp is probably the best thing about Scott Stapp.
I liked Creed for their musical talent. Without Stapp, Alter Bridge has been kicking ass, if not with the whole world as an audience. But I heard a bit of Relearn Love, and I think while he will have more fans than AB (a.k.a. women just obsessing over his looks), Tremonti and Co. will always be better in my books.
Actually, I think the best thing about Scott Stapp is that he's no longer with the members of Creed, as he was only weighing them down. The worst thing about Scott Stapp is Scott Stapp. Anyways, to put it simply, I'm not a fan of his. I'll give it a listen, though.

I'll give this a listen. Am I the only person here who thought Scott Stapp was decent when he was with Creed?
Scott Stapp wasn't necessarily bad, it's just that he wasn't good. Creed was a good band and the songs were great. But I have to say that Alter Bridge is way better. I'm glad Stapp is going on his own now. He'll be better off.
Their first album kicked ass witohut a reason of a doubt. But everything after that went downhill fast. But honestly who does this guy tihnk he is releasing an album the same day as Fort Minor, he is going to have his ass kicked in cd sales.
I'm one of the few people who don't think that Scott Stapp made Creed bad. Sure, his... antics weren't exactly the greatest thing ever. But the music was great and he's an excellent vocalist. So what if he sounds like Eddie Vedder? That's his voice. (It's just like how people complain that Pete Loeffler of Chevelle sounds like Maynard James Keenan; he can't help it.) Alter Bridge is better off without Stapp but it doesn't mean that Creed wasn't great. I'm looking forward to his debut CD.
I've never liked Creed. But I didn't even know the guy's name, so I can't say he was the worst part about them. I just don't like Creed.
