    My friend Katie posted this on facebook earlier, and while its long, *close to 20 minutes*, I thought it was really interesting, and the poem at the beginning was pretty much everything I wish for my daughter to experience.

    Wow she is amazing. I loved listening to her talk, she was breathtaking.
