RPG MAKER XP

I just downloaded this program, and think its great, but what I was wondering was, can people play your games if they dont have RPG MAker XP? Because I made http://38.99.150.151/dl/c4f3ea1925a8b3f25eee18f0f26fa57c/45134164/xlmqi0/Project2.exe and I want to send it t my friends, but I dont know if it will work.

 

if they have a PC, it should work. i wouldn't know though. just try installing it on your PC.

 

As long as you export it as a game it should work.

 

Wait, wait, wait—RPG Maker XP? I've been using RPG Maker 2000 for years. I'll have to look into XP.

 

Itried, and figured out that people can nly play your game if they have the program RPG Maker XP as well.

 

I'm almost certain that you can save the game as a standalone game that doesn't require other people to have RPG Maker installed on their PCs. I remember doing that on several occasions with RPG Maker 2000, so there's a good chance you can still do that with RPG Maker XP (unless, of course, they removed that feature, which would just be silly).

Allow me a day or so to try to find the information you're looking for and I'll make a post in here explaining how to do it (if it's possible). I'm asking for a day because I've got classes for the rest of today.

 

Thank you, I know you can make a game disk, but that still dosnt work on comps without RPG Make XP
