What ROMs and Emulators do u have. I forget what they are called, but I have one for NES, SNES, and N64. I used to have one for PS but I don't think it worked. I have hundreds of ROMs for NES, about 15 for SNES and N64
You can't even find most of the games for the NES, SNES, and N64 now, and heck, none of the systems are in production anymore. Based on that, this shouldn't count as warez. Oh, and warez is legal software obtained illegally via P2P programs.
Roms are not illegal, you may download them if you own the game. I also believe you are allowed to download them if you don't own the game as long as you delete the rom within 48 hours of something.
yeah but since I don't own them, they are illegal. I forgot where I got them, and even if I did remember, i wouldn't post it, cause what Nate said.
That's a fable. ROMS of games you don't own are totally illegal. ROMS of games you DO own are legal as they count as your one legal backup of your personal software. Warez are not only on P2P. There are warez sites everywhere. FTP is a big supplier too.

Most likely not. But some sites are fakes etc... they log your ip and add it to a giant list. They pick random ips off the list to report. If your ISP sees it too, you might get into trouble. But for the most part, nothing is going to happen, just don't go all over the internet bragging about your ROM collection
