    First of all, I cannot believe that in all my time here there hasn't been a Refused thread. :eek:

    Refused are regarded by many as the greatest hardcore band ever. They were (apparently) Velvet Revolver's biggest influence appart from the Beatles, and I wouldn't be surprised if they inspired LP. Unfortunately they split up towards the end of the 90s. Ex-vocalist Dennis Lyxzen now sings for The (International) Noise Conspiracy.

    I love the Refused. Probably one of the greatest classic Punk/hardcore bands. I love the Shape of Punk To Come and Songs To Fan The Flames Of Discontent . Awseome band.

    Forget best hardcore/punk band, Refused are one of the best bands ever, period.

    I have heard a few songs. From what I have heard they are VERY awesome.

    Hm, i don't think they're punk. Proof: i like them :lol:

    I really love "New Noise". And Dennis Lyxzen has shown how to go from the best hardcore band to a mediocre garage band. Tsk tsk.

    I'm the same way, I don't like 99% of punk bands but I love Refused.

    I agree. They are very good musically IMO, just not my type.
