Reality

This may have been mentioned already, but i was thinking about something very interesting. I was thinking about how like when i dream i wake up and go wow it seemed so real. I was thiking, well my life Also seems very real. So maybe im in a dream of another reality of some sort, like maybe when you die your simply waking up? Very interesting, what do you all think?

Yeah that's usually when people get these ideas.

 

Nahh, i got the hole trilogy a while ago, but yeah thats probably where i got my ideas. Speaking of the matrix i also heard that they have a machine that can make you dreamy yet still concious, so its just like the matrix, but the machine cant control your dreams...yet

Yeah, I've woken up a few times in life and thought my dreams really happened. Not like the following the day, but like months later, I'll think it really happened. It's strange when you remember something in a dream, and bring it up in a conversation, and people say that it never happened.

 

I've woken up after dreams and thought they were real alot. Sometimes if I think too much about them I start to really believe they ahppened. But I dont know about our life being a dream or death or wahtever you were talking about. I don't think that much man

 

Sometimes when I dream I know I'm dreaming. I think to myself in my dream saying.. "I know I'm dreaming" or "I know this is just a dream". But sometimes I don't think that in my dreams and I think it's actually happening.

 

Yeah I get that alot too. Just this morning, I was in the middle of ruling the world before my dad woke me up.

I dreamt last night Neil was at home with me. I woke up and realized he was an hour away. *sighs* How deceiving. A friend of my family is deeply interested in the idea of reality and the dream world. I try to refrain from bringing up the topic in a conversation, lol. It makes my brain hurt. X_X

 

i always wonder when exactly do you fall asleep. one minute youre really tired and you can feel your eyes closing and the next the sun wakes you up in the morning.

how do you know what moment you fall asleep?

 

i guess you dont. we're not like robots where we command ourselves to fall asleep.

 

Ha, as soon as I saw the Matrix, I read up on all these Aristotle and Socrates theories about reality. It's too deep for me to worry about.
