7. When I first heard it, I didn't care for it that much, but it's grown on me a lot. It's one of those songs that's just fun to drive to and blast the fuck out of your speakers.
Its personally one of the best tracks on the album for me. I know that sounds silly, but I loved it when it came out, and for some reason i've become addicted to it again. I just love the mixture of angry lyrics in a happy sounding stadium sized chorus, it's awesome. And or the verses I think they're one of the best raps Mike has ever thrown out, on par with UNTIL IT BREAKS and LOST IN THE ECHO. Love this song, i gave it a 9!
9/10. Anytime you can listen to a song more then once in an hour is so worth aleast a 9 if nothing else!
Now that the record has been out for a good amount of times, I can tell that LGM is definitely in my top 3 LT songs.
I voted a 7, which turns out to be the most popular rating! It's a really good song, I feel. It's great immediately after Burn It Down, I think they work great together. I think Burn It Down is an 8 and Lies Greed Misery is only a point down from that because of how short it is. It's a quick punch in the face, it's not the best LP track ever, not the biggest or baddest, but I enjoy it a lot.
By no means is it the best song off of LT, but it seems to be getting a lot of hate...not trying to start an argument, but what's so bad about this song?
Don't know if I'm allowed to do this, but here'a my scream cover of LIES GREED MISERY.
9/10. After the first listen i thought: "What the fuck is that, why do they want everyone to respect them as a band that always comes up with new styles." But a few days later i was like: "That's really cool, something different!"
