My vinyl rip of the new Jack White record sounds noticeably better than the digital version you can currently stream. Even when you’re not actually listening to vinyl, vinyl is superior.
honestly same. It still feels so surreal (in a good way). Also seeing everyone here on the forum really does make my day. It always has been super fun here. Cant express how much I love this place truly. Feels special to see it active again
I've got to say it. I don't understand the disproportionate amount of hate Runaway gets. There's angst galore all over those first two records and this one (and Easier to Run while we're at it) gets zeroed in on so hard. I think it sounds great in spite of the lyrics and I can get past it. I think songs like By Myself or Figure.09 aged much worse. I need answers. Why do we hate Runaway?
I think it's the chorus, it's annoying af. A re-worked version of the Stick 'N Move chorus could have been a lot better imo.
After a few months away, I’ve returned to finish up playing Bloodborne (I’ve been playing it for the first time via backwards compatibility on PS5). Even since I first started playing it, the black levels were super washed out, really raised with no contrast. The brightness slider never helped. Coming back to it, I decided to fiddle with my TV settings. I usually have my TV set to “auto” black levels on game mode. With most anything, it automatically hits would it should, low. I changed it from “auto” to “low,” and as it would turn out, Bloodborne auto detects to high black levels. I wish I would have realized this sooner, because with the proper black levels now it’s even more of a gorgeous game than it was before. I wish I would have realized this sooner since I’m pretty sure I’m over halfway through the game. Feel like I experienced it wrong.
I want my German dinner now. https://imgur.com/a/HRNeeCU I would like to take this opportunity to thank the fans, my family, and most importantly Kevin. All the haters said I couldn't do it, but here we are. Where are the haters now? The silence is deafening. I won. I beat you. You're finished. It's over. Waiing
