For future reference, this would be better posted in the fan remixes thread or in the the Your Projects sub-forum :)

I've spent the past three months trying to diversify my music listening patterns and find stuff from outside of the normal hot spots of the music industry, because my brain craves weird challenges.

But it's been very fun! There have been a lot of albums I've liked and it's refreshing to listen to music that isn't American all the time. It's neat.

    That's all for my report.

The new Daughter album is as good as I'd hoped. I'd loved all the singles so much

    Imagine not releasing this?

Every unreleased song they played live has been mindblowing

It's been forever since I've been on here but I remember it being one of my favorite places to share music that came out of nowhere and impressed me. . . And it's criminal that this band right here hasn't caught on harder.
    This one's just fun.

This one's got unique melodies and a strong vocal performance.

Heartfelt love song with more satisfying vocals.

    Punkish, fun turn-around track.

Probably their biggest head-turner, in my opinion. Because it's fun and funny.

Sorry if that's all a bit much, but it's impossible to choose just one because they don't have 2 songs that sound alike, at all. I'm not exaggerating. And it's all solid.

Oh, seeing this again I’ve gotta double down.

The Wrecks are awesome. Fantastic pop-rock group. Every song is brimming with love for their inspirations while sounding new and fun. The fact that I’m worried for their continued existence is depressing.

    PS: Lol

I gave this act a bit of a listen and I would say this resembles the extremely-optimistic millennial pop from the late 2000s to the mid-2010s, something between Vance Joy and Panic!

Yeah, that’s two good comparisons I’d agree with. There’s more I can’t put my finger on at the moment, but that covers a lot of ground. They sound like they missed a train but not at all in a played out way, imo.

I need to share this band here, probably my favorite discovery in recent years. I love every single song they released so far.
