I agree with that. They could have waited until mid April or something to release a first single and promote it properly with a release date, a music video, etc. I hate the fact that GATS was released randomly one night on some strange app and it had no promotion or even a music video, etc.
Minute you're still hyped because you haven't even heard the song yet haha. Honestly, I'm more hyped for this album than Living Things. I just wasn't all that excited for LT after the craze of ATS which I found to be so much more exciting. This album is the first album that I think can match ATS excitement for me. So I'm pretty pumped teasers or no teasers.
Awh hell naw. I can listen through some of the songs w/o cringing but that's mostly because of how much nostalgic value they have.
"Guilty All The Same" could've been released at the end of March, and the first single could've been released the first week of May. That way there is a little more than a month in between tracks, so it gets the attention that it would deserve. They released it way too early, to the point where I think it is getting old fast and I might lose desire to hear it. I can imagine playing the album and then going "oh fuck THAT riff again?" dana naaa naaa naaa skip
Recharged is a remix album, not a studio album. What I was saying is that what if they make a future album that's not rock, like full-electronic or R&B or something like that. Something to ponder.
LOL, dafuq? LP doing R&B would be the most random thing ever. That's like if Coldplay did black metal. it would literally make no fucking sense!
Wonder if LP will ever be inducted in the rock and roll hall of fame... They have 11 more years to go before becoming eligible.
