People be eating too many memberberries.
"Waiting for the End" was kinda huge when it was released, so I'm kinda surprised that it didn't get a lot of plays from streaming sites.
Chester was 100% in the clear for posting that comment. Sure the band has to be able to take criticism, any artist does, hell even I get it and the only music I've released has really between me and my friends, however, some of those comments are utterly disrespectful. It's fine not to like the music but when you start calling the band lazy or are really insulting them on a personal level you can't just except them to take it. It doesn't matter if they're an grammy winning act or some local band, they're humans at the end of the day, stuff gets to them and rightfully so.
Reanimation is fucking stellar.
Definitely an album ahead of its time.
Think one more light is gonna leak this week or next week
Next week is possible. I don't think it'll leak this week, it's too early.
Even if it leaks I will refuse to listen until official release. I'm cool like that
Best way to go really. Spoils the album a bit when you've listened already and you know what to expect when you actually get it.
Get it as in buy it? lol what is this, 1995?
For me it doesn't matter when I'll listen to it. I'll listen to the album as soon as possible. I only care about listening to it in full but it really doesn't matter when it will happen.
Random trivia: Last November, The Rising Tied was finally certified Gold by the RIAA signifying around 500k+ records sold. Took them long enough.
I hope to listen to it as soon as it comes out but itunes isn't available here so I'll have to buy a physical copy.
What about Spotify?
I'll buy it, unless it's complete trash.
There is no question that i will buy OML, just if it will get a place on my Ipod.
So I've followed this band religiously for longer than I care to remember, and only today have I found out that Brad's full name is Bradford. You learn something new every day
I' m even embarrassed to ask what Spotify is
I haven't heard anyone using it here.
Out of curiosity what parts of "Blackout" does Brad play live before the breakdown? I know Mike does the keyboard/piano parts and some samples during the breakdown, Joe does the Chester samples and the main sample, Chester does the drums during and after the breakdown and Rob & Phoenix do their thing. Brad does additional drumming after the breakdown, and I know he's in front of a synth keyboard before the breakdown, but I'm not sure which part of the song he's playing.
That is still one of their best ever live performances
Separate names with a comma.
