What do you need to know? If we can't answer, we can point you in the right direction.
If we presume there'll be meet and greet at this European tour, how do people get selected? I know you have to be a member of LPU but do you have to live in the country where the show is or you can enter a competition from any country? I hope this isn't too confusing.
Robot Boy is so good. The synths are just mental.
Seconded. It's painful how underrated that song is really, it's a great song with uplifting lyrics and the most wonderful synth solo towards the end.
You have to be a member of LPU, and there's a "lottery" few days before the concert, and they select people randomly, but I think that they tend to choose those who are applying for the first time... Are you going to Novarock perhaps?
I've been a member for maybe 7-8 months and since there's obviously no chance of them coming to Croatia I'm going to Hungary because it's the closest. It'd be great to meet the band (I think I'd faint and start speaking nonsense if that happens ) and it'd be my first time to apply. Ahhhh, it'd be so cool!
This isn't the random music chat, minuteforce
I looked for my post in that thread and I was wondering what happened
Stormzy is 23 years old, which makes him 7 years old when Hybrid Theory was released. Just to put it out there.
Kiiara is only 21 haha.
You say, you're not gonna fight cause no one will fight for you.
Robot Boy is talking about itself. Aint nobody fighting for the hugely underrated Robot Boy.
Julia Michaels is only about that old as well.
In my opinion this might be a good addition to the OML setlist. UIB fits well with Good Goodbye's hip hop style, while Where'd You Go compliments the personal vibe of the rest of the OML tracks.
Hope LP use a talkbox on the new album.
Chester's response to one person's hate comment on Instagram.
I read it yesterday after it was posted here that someone made a comment and Chester replied GFY. It's still strange to me that he replies to comments written on social networks. it's even more surprising that me wrote something like this because he doesn't seem like a type of person who would make angry comments so I guess this guy must have really ticked him off. I still have mixed feelings about this album but LP seems very proud of it and, even though I didn't read the original comment, I agree that some lines just shouldn't be crossed just because they're famous.
Is there any Q&A in the near future or will we ask them on Twitter for the album lenght?
I haven't heard GG, I'm waiting for the album to come to shops. Album lenght is the only information left that I need.
I expect it to be no longer than 40 mins.
Yeah, I'm surprised we haven't heard anything on that front yet. I'd imagine we'll know the track lengths in a week or two at the most, hopefully.
Same, which is a damn shame. LP albums seem so short for how long it takes them to write.
I imagine they want this to be the catchiest album they've ever written. So far each song is really hook-driven and melodic, they probably only kept 10 tracks because it was the absolute best 10 melodies they had. At least, I hope so. I'm not expecting any weird, drawn-out stuff like UIB or MTG on this album.
In other news, just relistened to reanimation for the first time in decades...holy crap I get why so many people like krwlng so much. That track is sick.
