Anyone remember this thread? Well, if you actually took the time to read it, then you'll be suprised by the outcome. Project 86 has teamed up with former label Tooth and Nail to rerelease Songs to Burn Your Bridges By into retail markets. The brand new release will include better production, a better album cover (thank goodness), and two songs that were cut out from the original STBYBB sessions. As far as I know, it is set to be released sometime next month. Here's the tracklisting to the original release: [01] The Spy Hunter [02] Oblivion [03] Safe Haven [04] Circuitry [05] The Great Golden Gate Disaster [06] Say Goodnight to the Bad Guy [07] Sioux Lane Spirits [08] Breakneck Speed [09] A Fruitless End Ever [10] A Text Message to the So Called Emporer [11] Solace
A bump and a correction. I just found out that Songs to Burn Your Bridges By is coming out on June 1st. Source: www.jesusfreakhideout.com
Not sure, but downloading a full album before buying I see is cheap, and it ruins the experience of listening to the full album when you actually have it in your hands. If you want to preview the original September release, the go here to listen to 30 second clips of each of the songs (with the exclusion of A Text Message to the So-Called Emperor). Asking for mp3's is against the rules, too.
I purchased their album on their website a few months back, and yes the new album cover is better. It reminds me of the you come before you cover of Poison the well
