The sad thing about this is that regardless if Obama gets re-elected or not, if the next president is someone who doesn't support the waiver, this can likely be overturned in the snap of a finger.
In any case, this law is a part of a bill that has to get approved every year. So, perhaps next year's bill will have different language so that the president wouldn't even have to waiver it. Or, the government could just read the fucking constitution.

But he still supports the bombing of US citizens while claiming to have the authority to do so. There's nothing in the constitution that will limit these types of government officials in the future. They will continue to do what they want and what's in their best interests. This statement is for reelection purposes directed towards the few people that actually know about the NDAA.
