I have a couple general questions about presales and I am hoping someone knows the answer. Does ticketmaster have a set limit as to how many tickets can be sold to the people who have a password? I am not a member of the LPU and when I do buy my tickets for the public onsale, I just want to know if the people who have a password could possibly take up all of the good seats. I want to be guaranteed that I can get a few good seats for the concert. Is it possible that a show could sell out, due to a presale, before the public gets a chance to buy tickets? As you can see, I am clueless about presales. Can anyone help me out here?
Are you a member of LPU? If so, your best bet is to ask there. They'll give you an official answer. I wouldn't want anyone here to go and give you the wrong answer and screw you over.
No, I'm not a member of the LPU. I think that I'm just going to hope for the best that I get a few tickets, eventhough I'm not a member. I last saw Linkin Park in concert on February 13, 2002 and I believe there was a presale for the LPU. When I bought tickets for the public onsale, I got excellent seats so I am hoping that will happen this time. Although, Linkin Park's fanbase has probably gotten bigger since then.
I'm pretty sure only a certain amount of tickets are set aside for presales. Not every seat. But presales are your best bet for tickets.
Its inposible for presale tickets to sell out a whole show. Me and my 5 friends are going to buy tickets this friday for the Toronto show and they will be good seats even though we will be jumping up most of the time
They usually always set a limit as to how many tickets one person can buy using the presales. For the Meteora World Tour it's 4 tickets per person.
On the topic of buying things you know those LPDC shows that you can only buy if you have the Meteora CD well on that band merch site you can buy them so you dont need the Meteora CD now do yea B)
I will see you there, LOL. I got my tickets already, thanks to the presale...I can't wait, the pit is gonna be awesome.
