The hype is killing me. We need more details already! Sigh! And the titles are bawse! They make me think this album is definitely going to have a concept.
All the song titles give me the feeling of battles, uprisings, and standing up against a force or presence. Not only is the prominent guitar hyping me up but also the subject material that it sounds like the album will focus on.
Eh, I'm wary about these descriptions; they might be accurate but they also blow things out of proportion. Wikipedia has reminded me that I've seen Rob Cavallo's name in the liner notes of Green Day albums.
First we got I'LL BE GONE after having those same words sang over and over in When They Come For Me, and now this? Come on guys, where's the creativity. Also on a side note I would really enjoy some song titles that aren't lyrics in the song.
Like your username suggests, don't over think it. They're just album titles. It doesn't reflect the creativity of the music.
but why out of a billion words do they chose the same ... however many words? come on, it's not hard, go ask a five year old he'll tell you.
All these articles keeps saying the album will be released later this summer which makes me think July-ish. I hope it's still June so I can jam out to this all summer :/
No. I understand and agree but I just don't get all up in arms about things like this. They're a band so they're bound to recycle things.
Rob Cavallo is actually a pretty decent person to produce a hard rock song, especially considering he's worked with Black Sabbath.
