    lol, no. thats just what MTV.com calls it. I think you have to pre-order the CD before you can listen to all of the tracks in their entirety(sp).

    there's a link to this in the other thread. and if mtv.com is doing it, it must be legal. if not, they'd get sued. and it's streaming media, not mp3's. *closed*

    Exactly. MTV.com has the rights to stream the albums, and the right is given to them by the labels that put out the music. MTV doesn't do it illegally, they know better. They're currently the biggest music station in the United States. They wouldn't do something stupid like that and risk their business.
