reanimation is kinda HT pt.2, is it not?

I love Meteora. it's one of my favourite albums of all time, i've listened to songs like Nobody's Listening, Lying From You and Faint so many times that i don't know why i'm not sick of them anymore. I think it was good they moved on, but they didn't need to try and rid then of there past, just evolve the sound they already had. It sounds like 9 years later, they've finally realised thats what they needed to do.

 

I'll be honest, Meteora is the LP album that I can't listen to all the time. I think it may be that the songs were just so overplayed on the radio, but for as much as I love the album I can't sit down and listen to it straight through.

 

This. There's just something about Meteora that, even now, once I start listening to one song, I can't help but listen to the entire album. Plus, there's nothing wrong with a sequel when it's that well made

 

I think the game is updated... I played now and it was a bit deifferent and when I finished (won) it said "achievement unlocked come back tomorrow"

 

I was just noticing the same... Plus, there were some new lyrics written in there, or at least I haven't seen that particular quote yesterday.

 

Yeah, same with the lyrics. but haven't heard any new sounds..

Not even close. Although they're the basis of the same song, the remixes on Reanimation make them vastly different. I always said Reanimation was ahead of it's time.

Update on the second round of the game: Victory says progress is saved but no new badge appears (as far as I've seen). A play button also pops up with the message but as of yet doesn't actually play anything? Occasionally you will hear one of the small clips like you normally do in-game, not sure if that's intended or not.

Edit: After refreshing and winning the game, the short clip that plays is definitely triggered by the button. Unfortunately, it's a drum clip that is already audible randomly in-game, so it's nothing new or exciting.

 

I agree. And it would be nuts a new reinterpreted album, I would love that idea, but of course, I'd like it as a "side"-in between release rather than waiting for two years to get that material (although Reanimation wat pretty much that ).

 

Finished this level once again and this time I got the 30 sec snippet that was posted here last night... damn!
Btw I finished the game this time fter it said "there's no hope bla bla start over"
