Placebo

I like a few songs by them, I've only just started listening to them lately too though I like Blind, Pierrot the Clown and In the Cold Light of Morning off of Meds. Blind is my favourite

 

Never really got into them before but Infra Red is pretty damn awesome.

 

I've been a fan for.. I don't even know how many years now.
Favourite album: Sleeping With Ghosts
Favourite songs: Without You I'm Nothing, Sleeping With Ghosts, Special K, The Bitter End, Twenty Years and their covers of Running Up That Hill, The Ballad of Melody Nelson and Jackie.

To all of you who are beginners when it comes to Placebo, listen to their greatest hits album first. If you like it buy it. You don't need to buy all the albums because almost all of their finest songs (up to meds) are on the GH disc.

 

Seeing them live at this years Projekt Revolution made me become a fan of theirs. They put on a fantastic show. I've listened to their music off and on for a few years but just never really got into them. Meds is definitely my favorite album and I love the song "Infa-red" a lot. Good band. I'm glad I finally got into their music.

 

I'm a big fan of them too. I love A Song to Say Goodbye. I've gotten the chance to see them live twice .

 

Love Placebo. My favorite album, by far, is Without You I'm Nothing, but I think my favorite song is Post Blue.

I heard about them before Projekt Revolution when one of my coworkers came in with a Meds sweatshirt on, and I asked her about them. She then proceeded to mention they would be at PR, and unfortunately, I couldn't get tickets.

I've been obsessing ever since.

 

I heard a few years ago, but I only have 'Sleeping With Ghosts' and 'Black Market Music.'

Favorite track is 'Special K,' but haven't listened to them in a long while.

 

Oh yeah. Brilliant song.
I know I already listed my favourites but I must add a few more : Bruise Pristine, Protège Moi, Every You Every Me, and my fave from Meds - Space Monkey.

I really glad they were on PR because a lot of people found out about them. Such and awesome band.

i knew it! projekt rev 07 brought them attention they definetely deserve. they are so atmospheric live and i own all of their albums.

I <3 Brian Molko. My favorite album is Without You I'm Nothing or Placebo. I love Nancy Boy, The Bitter End, Come Home, 36 Degrees, Pure Morning, Space Monkey, Burger Queen, Without You I'm Nothing, Special K, Follow the Cops Back Home, Post Blue and I love Brian doing Five Years.. I love the Henry Rollins performance of Running Up That Hill (One of the most amazing musical moments for me ever). Placebo are amazing.

 

Two of the posters here are fans due to PR07. Most of us already knew about them beforehand.

i liked Meds but im not a BIG fan of them but their music is VERY good

my friend got a signed poster but i didnt....prolly should have just for the hell of it..i couldnt miss TBS though so i got out of line just in time

 

Their cover of Running Up That Hill is amazing.

Their own stuff isn't too bad either, I don't really have favourites though. Probably Song To Say Goodbye.

 

I just started listening to them, and they are AMAZING! So far my favourite song is probably Twenety Years, or This Picture.
