What do you think was the peak of Linkin Parks Career. In your opinion was it a Video, A Single. Something they done. Or, Have they still to hit their peak?, What is your opinion

Personally i think it was In The End (My least fav LP Song) I Mean that video was just everywhere, And still is. Personally im really sick of it. Im not saying its not a good song but its just been played to death.

    Well, what is your opinion?

They haven't hit their peak yet.

Their peak will probably be the period just before they start to disappear from the music scene.

Its kind of hard to tell right now, but as of now their peak is just Hybrid Theory in general imo, mainly because thats what got them popular and they sold a lot but then when they released meteora they went down a lot in sales. it pretty much depends on their next album, where their peak really is i think

Probably when they were probably first big on the music scene, when they were touring after HT was released. Maybe around the time a little before Meteora.

I think they haven't reached THE peak yet, but a smaller step to it...

Because I swear to God, I love "Numb", but if I hear it one more time on the radio...

Wooo boy... they play that more than "In The End"...

I'd have to say In the End. Afterall, its what introduced them to the world. Even if their third album is a huge hit, it most likely will be nothing compared to In the End.

But it would sure be sweet if
Thats always how you wanna be remembered before you retire.

I hope for LP to still reach their peak for me. As for mainstream audiences, Hybrid Theory will probably be their must successful.

I really think "In The End" peaked them, but they haven't reached at the peak of their mountain. ITE is a big reason, in my opinion, made Hybrid Theory sell a lot. Like Karma said, ITE is the song to be really recoginzed.

argh-lp disappearing? Is it just me or can you not imagine that? Well, I think that their peak is yet to come-the next album could be a load of cr*p or it could be another Hybrid Theory. My hopes are for the latter.

i dont think it has been their peak yet, because compared to bands that have been around for years and years linkin park are just getting started there is still lots of time to hit their peak

In the end was LPs biggest hit and their only number 1 hit. In the end got alot more radio play then numb( their second most succesful song which peaked at number 11 in the billboards).

Hybrid theory sold 7 million in the US and Meteora will sell 5 million pretty soon.

Who knows what will happen when Breaking the Habit reaches it's peak like in 3 months.

ONe thing is for sure, LP right now rules Fuse( muchmusic).LP is like a god in that channel and they weren't this big when Hybrid Theory was out.

    Wow, you know nothing.

On the top 100 singles charts in the US for when "In The End" came out, it peaked at #2. "In The End" spent about two months atop the Modern Rock charts. Meanwhile, "Numb" spent 13 weeks at #1 on the Modern Rock charts. "In The End" was their highest played song, with over 300,000 spins in 2002, but it was not a number one single, for they've never truely had one.

Also, 'Hybrid Theory' sold eight million in the US. The one thing you're right about is that 'Meteora' will hit 5 milllion very soon. The fact that you can throw out statistics from the top of your mind does not make them valid, nor correct.
