www.music123.com is probably a good place to start. Not sure how much they are, I'm guessing that if you want the same one as Brad it'll cost you around 2 grand or around that price...
PRS guitars are some of the most expensive guitars out there. A new Custom 24 (the model Brad plays) is gonna cost you between $2500 and $3000. They do have an SE line though, those are around $500 but they aren't quite as high-quality as the expensive models. If you live near a Guitar Center, you should probably go check there first.
