When I saw the music vid for papa roach's getting away with murder,I though they got a new lead singer,but still the same coby Richard we know.Man Did that guy lose some weight.What does everyone think of him and the rest of papa roach's new song?

awesome band, awesome music. everyone who says they suck, sucks himself. allright? :whistle: the new album is an amazing piece of music which proves how creative good musicians can be. you dont have to repeat the same way of making an album over and over again (*take a look at meteora* :whistle: ). those guys just threw their ideas into one album and the result blew me away. its an hybrid between rock, metal and punk. papa roach are back, I'm looking forward to see them live on the stage. then its mosh-time again. best songs: blood, not listening, done with you, scars, do or die, be free
I love Papa Roach, I will be buying there new CD after I get home from school tomorrow and I can't wait to get it, I have only heard good things about it. Anyway, about the vocalist, when I saw the video for Getting Away With Murder he looked so much diffrent from what I remember If I haden't heard him singing (I know his voice) I would of thought it was a totally diffrent person.
he was in an hospital to get away from alcohol, so he lost some weight and looks a little more healthy yeah his voice sounds more aggressive, darker than before and I really love that fact. go and buy it dude, you surely wont regret it, I promise you...

I really enjoy the new album. I think their sound has matured and improved. They've drifted from the rap-rock deal (depending on what part of Papa Roach you liked). In my opinion, I think the last couple of songs aren't as strong as the rest of the album (Tyranny of Normality, Blanket of Fear, Do or Die). But that's just me and I'm weird.
I thought Coby put on more weight, not vice versa. His arms seem to bigger, just take a look when he's singing into the microphone. Amazing album. The only lackluster song is "Done With You". All the other songs are great, especially "Stop Looking". I'm cleaning up this thread of all the immature crap.
Are you sure? cos look at him when he was singing things like 'Last Resort','She loves me not' and 'time and time again' He looks so much bigger there.Well I havn't seen the getting away with murder vid in 24 hours so I'll check it out
He definetely lost alot of weight, and the band no longer has the 'rap' element it used to, but the music is still top-notch. Whoever said these guys are making different albums with different styles is completely right, and that's what will give Papa Roach agility in their music careers so they can keep making album after album without them getting falling into boredom themselves, or having their fans fall into boredom while listening. I fear if LP doesn't seriously just 'let it go' on the next album, instead of 'trying' to be different from their previous album, it'll just....well, y'all know.
