    I'm on the fence about this one. It looks fucking badass, but I just have a feeling it could end up sucking really badly.

    Though I'm not sure where you get the aliens thing from, the B movie venture is not unintentional. del Toro has heavily based this movie as an homage to Japanese sci-fi and daikaiju films of the 1960s-1970s-- specifically Ishiro Honda's work.

    Looking forward to this movie for ages. So glad the trailer has been finally released. Looks incredible so far. Hopefully the film itself doesn't falter under the weight.
