I have read on the offical P.O.D site that "Change the world" will be their next single and it has already been premiered on TRL. Can't wait to see it
I've only seen it on Fuse a few times. Heard it on the radio like twice. ...If they do another is should be "Execute The Sounds".
If you don't like P.O.D., then go listen to your Project 86 and leave the ones who like P.O.D. alone . There's no need for your negative comments. Keep them to yourself.
POD overrated?
no kidding they were underground way longer then LP even..... they are great and yes Execute the sounds or revoloution should be the next single
I had no intentions on offending any P.O.D. fans, I used to like them alot, alot until I realized Sonny can't naturally sing live, and their lyrics are not as strong as they used to be. Yes execute the songs is a cool song other than the corny verse singing. As for Project 86, the reason why I brought them up is that they, like P.O.D., used to be on Atlantic and Tooth and nail records. However, P.O.D. betrayed tooth and nail and went straight to Atlantic to get the recognition they deserved, but Project 86 stayed independent. I think P.O.D. should help promote Project more.
Wow. You just won the 'LPA Ignorance Award' for the month of March & April. Congratulations! Oh hey, I love opinions, don't you? Oh man oh man. Stay independent, not big as big as you can be & not get payed as much, or go to a major label and get the fame you deserve & get tons more money...which one would you choose? If you honestly say independent, you're kidding yourself. Anyone will take a major label over a shitty independent one. You get treated AWHOLE lot better when you're on a big time label like Warner Bros. or Atlantic or Sony. Kid Rock said it best, and i'm just paraphrasing , "if you're not in the business for money or the women, you're a lying sack of ####". BTW, I LOATHE P.O.D, so don't even pull that, "but you're a fan" schtick with me. BAM. I'm done.
Since then, Project 86 has made amends with T&N, and the problems that they've had with the label has been fixed. What that basically means is that Songs to Burn Your Bridges By is getting better production, and will be released through Tooth and Nail.
They only jumped straight to a big record deal because they had been releaseing homemade EP's for a while and they wanted some recegintion.
How do you figure that they were "home made" when they were released on Tooth & Nail Records, one of the biggest Christian labels on the market?
probably because either: 1) P.O.D says they're homemade when they aren't. or 2) the quality of the EP's were so #### that they had to be homemade.
P.O.D. never said that they're home made. And although the quality wasn't that great, they weren't "####."

I don't even know. I'm just an outsider looking in giving potential answers. Anyways, if both of my examples are wrong, then ST was just being a Ricard.

I think he got the whole "home made" and "independent" thing mixed up because Tooth & Nail is sometimes seen as an independent label for some reason.

DAM YOU MEDIA PLAYER  It gives me really pathetic information wenever I go online.... It even said LP - LIT was a special edition DVD set
