So, I know it just came out today but I'm wondering if any of you have used it and if it's any good. I know it's just an operating system but it improvements are improvements.

    Thanks!

I get a free upgrade to it since I bought a new MacBookPro a few weeks ago. I'm going to install it tonight (hopefully) and see how it is.

Or not. The Mac App Store is telling me the code Apple gave me for my free upgrade to ML is invalid. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for their support people to email me back. Ridiculous

Wow! I'd be a little ticked off! Is your model a 2011 or a 2012 retina display model? The reason I ask is because my ex just bought a 2011 model so maybe she could DL it.

Anyways, let me know how you like it in 24-48 hours

    It's a 2012 Retina.

Only computers bought after a certain date in June (When they officially announced ML at the WWDC conference) are eligible for the free upgrade. But even if you have to pay, 20 bucks isn't bad at all. Better than the days of yesteryear when OS upgrades were well over $100.

Check here for more details on if you're eligible for a free upgrade: http://www.slashgear.com/you-might-not-have-to-pay-for-mountain-lion-25240219/

I was going to buy it today but I cant find my credit card and I can get all my info on my online account for the credit card besides the three digit security code. Grrr! Thanks Todd. Very much appreciated. :)

I upgraded yday. I have a 2011 iMac 21.5" so I get to use AirPlay mirroring! One of the main reasons why I wanted ML.
