If something is marked down but ISN'T a flash deal or daily deal (or hasn't been one yet), wait to purchase. A marked down game stays marked down during the entire sale, so it's better to wait to see if they cut something lower than to impulse buy right away. If it's a flash or daily deal, that's the lowest it's going to get. Buy away. Also, I will be buying some sort of cheap indie game as a gift in order to get the Holiday Sale achievement.
