That is awesome! I would love to see them live! I saw some videos of themplaying live and it seems that they are amazing live too! Soo enjoy the concert
so, Muse played their first "real" show for the The 2nd Law Tour yesterday in Montpellier. Amazing setlist, AWESOME stage and a lot of changes.....Undisclosed Desires and Follow Me were performed without Matt playing any instruments. Falling Down was played for the first time since, I thing 2000. Parts of an even older B-side, Host, was played. Liquid State and Explorers were performed for the first time. So, the only new song not having been played live for now is Big Freeze. Isolated System was played partly as playback as an intro for the encore and the last part of it live, before it went into Uprising. Opener was Unsustainable, also a live-debut. See Unsustainable, with an amazing lightshow and some pics from the production rehearsals. I really regret not purchasing tickets right away, now both german concerts are sold out......

I like OoS but I feel like Absolution has the better written songs. Every song is great. Blackout, Apocalypse Please, Hysteria, Butterflies & Hurricanes, all better than anything off of OoS IMHO.
I think each album they've gotten a little bit different. It's hard to gauge them. I think they've all been great. I feel a little more intrigued by their older stuff, though. Showbiz gets me going. I actually haven't even listened to their newest album yet lol. Seems crazy that it came out a year ago. I'm so behind.
You should check it out. All of the songs are great but they are all such drastically different styles that listening to The 2nd Law for the first time is kind of jarring.
1. "Supremacy" 2. "Panic Station" 3. "Resistance" 4. "Hysteria" 5. "Animals" 6. "Knights of Cydonia" 7. "Explorers" 8. "Follow Me" 9. "Madness" 10. "Guiding Light" 11. "Supermassive Black Hole" 12. "Uprising" 13. "Starlight" December 2nd.
I feel the same way about "Survival" and "Plug in Baby"! Too bad all three songs are on the DVD instead "Plug in Baby" remains yet again to be heard on a Muse live album, even though it's the best fucking song Muse can play live, and the fact it has been included on all four of Muse's films, including Live at Rome Olympic Stadium.
Stockholm Syndrome was the first song I ever heard from them. I was 15 and pretty much had only ever listened to Linkin Park and it blew my mind. Still brings me back when I hear it today.
For those who prefer DVD over CD, here's the film tracklist: 1. "Intro" 2. "Supremacy" 3. "Panic Station" 4. "Plug In Baby" 5. "Resistance" 6. "Animals" 7. "Knights of Cydonia" 8. "Explorers" 9. "Hysteria" 10. "Feeling Good" 11. "Follow Me" 12. "Madness" 13. "Time Is Running Out" 14. "Guiding Light" 15. "Undisclosed Desires" 16. "Supermassive Black Hole" 17. "Survival" 18. "The 2nd Law: Isolated System" 19. "Uprising" 20. "Starlight" DVD Extras 1. "Stockholm Syndrome (Las Vegas)" 2. "The 2nd Law: Unsustainable (Las Vegas)" 3. "Liquid State (Dallas)" (Chris Wolstenholme) 4. "The Road (The Film)"
