The date of release for From Zero. In front of a crazy Brazilian crowd. And it will be livestreamed. That's right. Linkin Park is hitting the stage for two sure-to-be fantastic shows on November 15 and 16. For the November 15th show they’ll be livestreaming it so we the fans all around the world can take part of the show. There’s a ton in store for these shows, and we’ll get into all the details soon.

Before diving into the specifics of Linkin Park’s former São Paulo shows, let’s take a moment to appreciate Brazil’s significance in the band’s journey through South America. Brazil has always been a favourite stop for Linkin Park, and it’s not hard to understand why: the crowds are always fantastic and it's understandable why the band has played nine shows there over the years, Brazil stands out as the band’s most popular destination in the region by far.

Today and tomorrow, Linkin Park will celebrate their tenth and eleventh performances in Brazil—and their fourth and fifth appearances in São Paulo. The band’s history with this city goes back twenty years, to their unforgettable first show there in 2004. That night, they closed out the Meteora album and tour cycle at the Chimera Music Festival, performing for a record-breaking crowd of 80,000+ fans—the largest audience they’d played for at the time. In 2012, Linkin Park returned to São Paulo during their LIVING THINGS era as part of their South American and South African tour that year. Then, in 2017, they once again brought the energy back to São Paulo as part of their four-date South American tour. Let's take a look at an old classic from 2012, Bleed It Out with Sabotage over the bridge!

Now, as for that show in Bogota, Colombia. It was the first show in the country for the band, and the fans turned out and made sure they showed that the band was wanted there. The show was plagued by technical issues, for example, Emily performed a big part of Over Each Other without working monitors, there also seemed to be problems with her guitar during the song. The Emptiness Machine had so many issues that the band decided to replay the song after the fans chanted for it. After The Catalyst the band even had to step off stage for a few minutes in order for the crew to fix some technical issues.

As for what the band played the Bogota show, Given Up was dropped for the first time on the tour with Casualty taking its place. In the encore rotation spot they played A Place for My Head, and Mike rapped There They Go over the Bleed It Out bridge. I'm not gonna link to a specific song for you to watch, I'm just gonna give you a video of the full show to watch. Technical issues aside, it was a good show with an amazing crowd.

The show today on the 15th will be livestreamed, both on cable channel Multishow as well as on Brazilian streaming platform Globoplay, but also partially on Linkin Park's YouTube Channel. It says in the description of the video that only the first act will be live on YouTube, so that would mean all songs up to The Emptiness Machine. As for what we can expect at the show, the band released Two Faced a couple of days ago and all new singles the band has released have been worked into the set, so it's very likely that we will see the debut of the song.

Are you going to this show? Have you attended any shows on this tour? Come and discuss in our forums.

From what I quickly read in the shoutbox, last night show will be released in theater? Or did I misinterpret something?

    If that's right, that's awesome!

Anyway, can't wait to watch the full show later this weekend :)

This is correct, the show will be shown in theaters next year. We don't know yet how it will differ, if it does at all, from what we saw

Oooooh, live concert movie, yes! Hopefully they go all out for it, record both nights and intersect it with some studio moments or such. I was blown away by Ghost's "Rite Here Rite Now" earlier this year, I have no doubt LP could make a movie even more epic.

The show was amazing as it was, IMO. Sounded perfect, and they weren't beset by any technical livestream glitches or anything. We don't know if it's the exact same footage that will make up this concert film, though

If you watched some or all of it, what was everyone's favourite part of the broadcast?

I don’t know if the Brazilian streaming service was better but the YouTube stream has terrible audio quality that kept changing in volume all the time, sounded very sticky, and more. I really hope the movie film isn’t that same quality. And I don’t think it was just on my end because I watched a YouTube video right before it with no issues.

but my favorite part was when Mike told the crowd to mosh for Two Faced and then the crowd just didn’t mosh at all.

If they release it in the movier theater, they're 100% adjusting the mix/master and making it as pretty as can be ^^'

Yes indeed. Youtube stream was really terrible. If you crosscheck with live recording, you can hear the whole gig flawless and without any severe audio problems:

It has occurred to me that they probably plan to film both nights and edit the footage together like with Live in Texas

Okay, that was such a good show. Casualty is like, their craziest live songs ever.

The final moments with the fireworks and the stadium views and the gigantic crowd are grandiose

It’s amazing to see the prowess of Emily in just two months. She’s a stage animal now.

I suspect it was just getting used to the LP fanbase, the songs, and the larger crowds, because from what it looks like, she was a stage animal in Dead Sara. Just needed a little adjustment for Linkin Park!

I also think adding in new songs, ones that she had a hand in, is helping this process along as well

Yep, I agree with you all. It was only a matter of time she settle the nerves down and there she goes. Absolute fire.
