Dont look under the bed- its a Disney movie that made me not able to sleep alone for like a month as a kid. Its weird now because I can go through any scary movie without being freaked. When I go to haunted houses with my friends(the one's in austin are suppose to be 2 of the scariest in the country) they get pissed at me because I walk through them like its nothing. 1 time I got so far ahead in one that I had to sit and talk to the people inside of it while waiting for my group.

In all fairness though, I believe that movie was meant to be terrifying/disturbing. It was meant to make audiences feel uncomfortable.

At least as far as I know.

Goddamn I loved Jesus Camp. Watch 'Hell House' too. Not as intense but still pretty sweet.

Skip 2 minutes in, some jackoff decides to give a little commentary before the movie starts.

Yeah, I dunno. I wouldn't say it is really a conventional horror film though, if it is one.

I can't really think of anything that I've found disturbing that wasn't supposed to be at all.

The Exorcist was most horrible movie I had ever seen. If anyone of you like horror movies then must watch it.

^ That is very much a horror film

    I'll say...

Paradise Lost: The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills
    Paradise Lost: Revelations
    Capturing the Friedmans
    The Staircase (mini-series)

^ All four are true crime documentaries.

    As for fiction films...

Mulholland Drive - Some scenes are creepy as fuck.
    Hard Candy - Extremely suspenseful.

Antichrist made me uncomfortable, and I watch pretty much all the messed up things you can find on the internet without flinching much.

I watched The Machinist about a month ago, and that was kind of scary and disturbing. Mostly because Christian Bale was like 110 pounds and an insomniac.
