Thanks for putting that up there, I don't have to now. Man, when you're watching that, you can just feel the emotion emanating from him. He's so into it! At least his clothes are on. (Chester lol)
I'll be really anoyed if they dont release Grecian. Especialy since they played and mentioned it in the Documentary like they did with the astonishing No ?Roads left. It'll be a crime for them not to. Chesters screaming sounded insane!!! Bring on Grecian!!!
From the LPU 6 CD - Announcement Service Public - has the same screaming sound as Grecian. I have a feeling it may be an earlier vetrsion or a mixed version of it.
grecian lyrics Yes, I noticed that. Can anybody tell what Chester's screaming in the little clip of Grecian on the DVD? Does anybody have any guesses? And to me, Grecian sounds like very early The Used.
Maybe it's just mumble-screaming... if that makes sense. Didn't have any lyrics so let's just rawr it on there early
Yeah I'm a little pissed about this not making the album because this is probably one of the most mature sounding Linkin Park songs and could easily replace another song on Minutes to Midnight, or, dare I say, add another song to the album to make it a 12+ track album
Yeah, now that you've mentioned it, they do sound alike. Or Maybe its a totaly different song, but has the same reversed screaming effect like ASP. I still wanna hear it though.
I don't think it's reversed screaming. I changed the file to a .wav and then put it into sound recorder and reversed it. All I got was an even weirder sounding scream. I believe it's just nonsensical screaming.
i got this "no roads left" a few weeks after getting MTM and i find that hearing mike sing something i've never heard before after listen to MTM for a few weeks is ... awesome. ha.
The first half of the song sounds like something from Stadium Arcadium and the second half is just boring. In other words, I don't like it.
No Roads Left is good. I am in fact angry this did not make the album. I didn't know Mike could sing like that. I'd switch it for In Between.
Agreed. No Roads Left was an excellent song. Although it seemed to have lacked some tunings here and there; it showed much less flaws than In Between. And lyrically its better than In Between.
