Anyone ever hear of Nightwish? Sorry if this has been done already, *has only been here a month* anyway..I really like this band, they're like gothic opera in a way. Tarja has the coolest voice.
Awesome symphonic black/power metal band. I was kind of discouraged that they went to Roadrunner, but oh well. They've been consistent over the years.
Yeah, I've heard their stuff...but anything that gets too symphonic for me is really corny. Even prog stuff like Rhapsody, and especially symphonic black metal like Dimmu Borgir....the most overblown music I've ever heard However, they are a really talented band and "Once" has apparently got them a lot of success so congrats to them!
