Nothing this band does really surprises me anymore, haha. With regards to the album: pleasedontsuckpleasedontsuckpleasedontsuck.
I think this is brilliant. I've been listening to a lot of Weezer lately (thanks to Dean, partly ). The typography could've been done better, though.
I feel out of consistency they should have just stuck with a colored album, but oh well. The fact that Dwight named the album makes up for that. Hopefully it will be good. I really enjoyed the Red album despite a lot of peoples complaints.
I think this cover depicts animal cruelty... the dog is obviously on drugs and was catapulted across a room? Not cool, but I still respect the band.
No, they really fed a dog tons of pain meds and then hurled it across a living room while snapping a picture.
Haha? If you're serious though, that's a photoshopped dog. The dog was actually running, and it was superimposed on the scene. Reminds me of that one Blur album, tbh.
I expected this album to be a lot poppier, it's a pleasant surprise. Sure, there's crap like Girl Got Hot and Can't Stop Partying but I think those are two are the only downright bad songs on the albums, especially digging Put Me Back Together and I Don't Want To Let You Go. Anyone else getting a Buddy Holly feel from I'm Your Daddy? By the way, all of you should get the deluxe edition of this album, Underdogs and Get Me Some belong on the album in terms of quality.
Rivers apparently found the photo in National Geographic, and I'm not sure if they actually allow that sort of editing on the photos they use for contests. Then again, they might. I don't know. I think I'm Your Daddy is the best song on the album.
