New LIVING THINGS Track Premiering 5.24.12 On BBC Radio 1

I have a feeling this was somewhat of a radio edit. Not saying it'll be much longer, maybe 2:29-2:40, but probably a few more seconds of instrumental and most likely of a song fadeout, because on the radio it ended a little abruptly and I doubt it ends that way on the record.

I guess we'll see if/when Joe gets us the album version soon.

Okay, that's 2 songs off the album I can't really say are very good. It's not looking good for Living Things.

 

They don't do radio edits for songs that are already under 3 minutes.

It's cool but strange, not crazy about the sound, i like the lyrics tho, the structure is almost like faint.

 

I just heard it and I guess you are right. 2:24 would be a bit short.

Anyway, The song is great. I liked it a lot more than BID.

The song made me much more anxious to hear the whole album.

 

I didn't like the song on the first listen, I guess because it was a bit different. But I'm starting to dig it. Also, FYI for anybody who can't get the MTV link for the BURN IT DOWN video to play (I had trouble), the video is now on YouTube.

 

Who is this Joe that some people are talking about ?

 

I kinda feel like people really like it because there are heavy vocals & rap but they're not really looking at the quality of it.

I kinda like the song and I would listen to it, but I also feel like the anger sounds fake and the lyrics for the chorus is really weak :S
