Well that's interesting. Seems like so many bands are setting June and July release dates all of a sudden. This is cool because it seems so out of the blue. I wonder what it will sound like in comparison to SYOTOS.
That's cool. Seems like SYOTOS just came out. Hope this turns out to be good and doesnt seemed rushed, but I've liked every other album so I doubt i'll be dissapointed.
Honestly, I think Korn's musical output has evolved VERY little since their first album 13 or whatever years ago. I don't really expect them to do anything immensely unexpected, even without David on drums. I'm not saying that's a good or bad thing, just that they've more or less stuck to the same idea since the beginning.
Wait, did David leave, too? When the hell did this happen?! Either way, I can't wait for this CD. KoRn is one of my favorite bands of all-time and their release just has me looking foreward to a lot this year. New LP, new Ill Nino, Manhunt 2, and GTA4.
They should have got Mike Bordin to stand in for David again. Then I'd listen to it just to hear him.
See You On The Other Side was fine. I bet this is fine, too. I've never really been too much of a Korn fan, but some of their songs are interesting and good. A lot of people dissed SYOTOS, too, and I thought it was pretty good, actually.
SYOTOS was a solid album. People just dont like change, and that was the most dramatic change KoRn have ever shown. I have high hopes for this album, KoRn are amazing, not another band like them somehow.
korn is my fav band and syotos was awesome album , korn can do any genre they like ....they have a big talent , like u said there is no band like korn they are very special ............................................
David didn't "leave," he's apparently taking some time off from the band to be with his family and stuff like that. When/if he comes back is still unknown, though.
