Need help

    I have a bunch of trojans, spyware, adware, malware and viruses on my computer. OS is Windows XP... I need help... Which is a good free program that I can get to remove all this stuff? A lot of important things are on this computer and I need help quick... Again, I need it for free. I can't get a credit card.
