Knicks are going well (6-0), but I'm hoping Memphis (6-1) can shut them down tonight. NYK 42 - 45 MEM.

As a Clippers fan for life, I love seeing the Lakers all the way down there at number 12 in the conference.
As a Clippers fan, I would like to point out that my boys are sitting on the best record in the league right now.
The Knicks last season were exciting and hype. Mostly due to being an Asian American, I totally bought into the Jeremy Lin hype. Which I still believe in, by the way. Harden and Lin and Asik are a great combo. Chris Paul as might-as-well-be-GM has done well for the team this year. Being a lifelong Clippers fan is hard. Imagine being a fan of a team that has sucked for so long. Now imagine you were born and raised in the city that team is based in. Now imagine that one of the best teams for the past decade also resides in that city. The Knicks are still fairly solid and exciting to play. Hopefully Felton gets out of his slump, but Kidd is exploding right now. Aside from my Clippers fandom, I'm more a fan of playstyles or specific players. Specifically point guards. Which is why I don't know what to do about Nash right now. I love exciting PGs, but I hate the Lakers. Along with Nash, I like watching Kyrie Irving, Rubio now that he's back, Lin, Chris Paul, Rajon Rondo, and obviously Rose.
Oh you! The Clippers didn't dethrone you, they just overtook you, it was the Heat who did all the work. The Rockets are very exciting this season too. They've been on a good run the last week or so. Fuck the Lakers. The Knicks were exciting at the start of this season too, especially when taking down the Heat twice by more than 20 points (I think...). I tend to be a fan of specific players too. I am excited for the return of Rose, because, who isn't?
Even if he takes his time getting back into his groove, or even if he can't find his groove, Rose is a great person and great player, so there isn't much to dislike about him.
MARIO MOTHERFUCKING CHALMERS. Great to see John Wall back for the Wizards, hopefully they can build on their current W2 streak (H v Orlando Magic, 14/01). Edit: Fantastic, the Wizards crushed the Magic. Chicago did the same in the first half against the Hawks, specifically the second quarter, holding them to just five points.
A kid from my hometown who's a few years younger than me got drafted and is playing for the Bucks. Nate Wolters. I know him a bit and have played with him a few times, and he could make some considerable noise this year. He is a Nash-type point guard but doesn't quite have his shooting skills. Though he was 5th in scoring and 14th in assists (I think) last year in Division 1 and put up a 50-something point game, which was the highest point total in the country. He was a second-round draft pick and is flying under the radar for now. I can't believe this thread was dead for all of the playoffs last year. Watching Golden State was the most fun I've ever had watching a game. If Curry can stay healthy this year I'll be happy. And Ray Allen saving LeBron from months of tormenting from the media and fans with that last-second 3! Such a good playoff. This year I just hope people put up some exciting numbers. Don't really care who.
For some reason sports threads don't survive long here .. And yeah the playoffs last season were unreal, nevermind the Finals. Too bad the Heat went on to with them again, ugh.
The Suns are 5-2 and I'm completely sold that we can make the playoffs! It's either that or we lose the rest of the season and get that coveted #1 draft pick for THIS year's draft. To be 11th-14th would suck eggs, unless we draft Glenn Robinson III or Doug McDermott.
