    Hello!

For those who are into the who 'Electro-House' craze that seems to be gaining a lot of popularity at the minute (the likes of Skrillex, Knife Party and such) i offer my take on the sound in the form of an 8 track EP!

Linkin Park was the basis of my entire musical preference, Hybrid Theory got me into that huge, driving sound, and i feel that the dubstep/house movement is a style of music which is capturing that same energy, just a different soundscape.

A free download of my EP can be had at http://triplezero.bandcamp.com

And a few of the tracks are online here!

Any critical comments or general feedback is appreciated,

    Cheers,
    Dave

I only had time to listen to I Can See You, and it's really good. Rockstep imo.

That is really freaking impressive. Who's vocals are you sampling on the tracks?

    Cheers!

There are a couple of vocal packs I used. One is a female vocal sample pack which was free from Music radar (Music radar are really good for free sample packs) and i also looked round the Google for other samples that people had uploaded. The only other pack i used were by someone called Rob, there were 6 construction kits which in which i chose different lines of singing, pitch shifted and manipulated them, then re-arranged them to make a the vocal lines.

A good point about making this style of music is that the vocals aren't the leading factor, otherwise I'd definitely consider writing lyrics and having a friend sing them.

I think it's mostly dubstep. From what I could hear, there isn't much in way of house-tempo stuff. :) Pretty good stuff - I really love the melodies you have going on

You should try uploading on SoundCloud for peer feedback. :)

    Ha Minuteforce great avatar!

And cheers for comments, I use Soundcloud as a kind of musical scrap book up to now, I've never really taken it seriously (in the way of adding contacts and taking feedback) but i might start promoting a Soundcloud page for myself. Although this is only a little project I had a surprisingly lot of fun putting it together, I'm hoping that with enough self-promotion the tracks will fall upon the right ears if you get what i mean!
