My drum set came today.

    Well, one everythings in pieces, and two, the floor tom tom is inside the bass drum. as in stuck in it. i don't want to push it out but it doesn't look like i can do anything else. Who ship it tha tway??

    A drum would come in pieces lol. My dad put mine together.

    No, dont worry its not. You have to undo the screws anyway so you can put a pillow inside there.

    Oh. i wasn't sure if i was supposed to or not. Ya know, no matter how old you get, it's amazing what we can be ignorant about. :(

    But watch out when unscrewing your base drum you will have to "tune" it again when you put it back together... As far as I know.

    Kinda "absorbs" some sounds, makes the base drum sound sweeter (and it's a lot better for when you put a mic into it!) :lol: .

    I'd hate to have something in my base drum. Personally, I think it completely ruins the sound.

    I'd just as rather by pads to lay over them so you can easily take them off when you want. But I'm a bit of an expense, so don't mind me.
