Okay so I have AT&T and my cell phone is a Samsung Slider, I just recently got it. You can attach images or files to a text message and send them to others.

Well, For a while it worked just fine and then one day, multiple friends sent pictures they took with their phones to me and now all it says it he File info and stuff, But it wont let my phone receive the image, It says "Retrieving Failed, Forbidden"

Now... I can still send pics to them and they get them so I know the Service is still there, But for some reason my phone cant receive the incoming pictures, I Have tried editing my Multi Media Settings to try and see If there might be something turned off and Everything is where it should be (I think?)

ANY help at all would be greatly appreciated, I don't get why I'm not Receiving the Images

also any questions about the phone Ask, since I don't know what you'd need to know.

I'm going to guess the developers got bored and randomly decided to use "Forbidden" when specifying the reason for the error when your battery is too low to receive the message.

Sarcasm aside, does your plan allow receiving MMS messages?

Yes I know for a fact I Can receive them, And send them

My battery is full and on its charger, I have full bars.

I tried the Tutorials on Their website, all the Web settings are how they should be.

The battery part was sarcasm, aka a joke. :p

If your plan says you should be able to receive MMS, and all your settings on your phone are right, nagging at customer service is in order.
