    wht up LP fans... I was just wondering if any of u guys knows wht kind of vinyls joe hahn uses... where ever i go they say they are "custom made vinyks"... to me they sound like distorted and reversed guitar sounds...
    well anyways mad props to Hahn good job and really nice equipment :joe:

    I'm assuming that they're custom with samples that they made just for the vinyls.

    Joe presses his own vinyl records with samples in order to successfully recreate Linkin Park's sound live. You wont find his vinyls sold anywhere and the only way you'd be able to get one is from Mr. Hahn himself.

    I don't know about the vinyls but i do know the brand of his turntable. It's my dad's company, Pioneer.

    Also alot of his samples, like the piano intro of In The End are programmed into his sampler I think...

    Yeah they are. In The End and Numb. I would think Joe would have his own pressing machine. Most turntablist who have custom vinyl have their own vinyl pressing machine and I know Joe could afford one.
