MP3 recorder?

    ok, i used to have a program that recorded whatever your speakers were playing it was called FREE hi-q Recorder, and suddendly it wont open like it has something wrong with the file ive re-installed, re-downloaded..nothing, so was wondering if anybody knew of a program out there thats free, and can record just like that can, from your speakers into MP3 format

    SuperMP3Recorder works as well, as long as you find a non-trial version.

    lol I referred like everyone here to supermp3recorder when the 2004 Rock Am Ring show was broadcast. I still remember that :p

    ok i got what Tomi posted, works good for me, i use it to make ringtnes for my phone, record the chorus, upload it to filefactory, send download link to my phone, download it from my phone, and there i go..i have a ringtone..FREE, luckily for me my phone plays mp3 and sum weird compression made for my phone
