The album is generic but it's hard to say none of them are unique. There is this one song called Breaking the Habit. It's about throwing tomatoes at girls and falling UP buildings.

Hybrid Theory - By Myself, I just think that the chorus and verses are quite unusual and awesome for such a (now seen as) conventional Nu Metal record.
Meteora - Nobody's Listening, totally unexcpected (even now) and a brilliant song.
Minutes to Midnight - In Between, a slow intimate song with Mike singing and I love it too.
A Thousand Suns - Empty Spaces :shinado:

But seriously, Blackout or Robot Boy, both the pretty same structure, but that structure is just so unique compared to other songs they've done. And out of the two songs, they both sound different yet similar, both standout tracks from their most standout record so far...

Can't wait to do this for LIVING THINGS! :awesome:

I'm going to the use the definition of "my favorite" for "unique" here

Hybrid Theory: Forgotten, some of Brad's best non-generic verse and chorus playing, and I love the "dirty" guitar outro

Meteora: Faint, what could have easily been played on one guitar by Brad (as seen on the behind-the-scenes) was split into 2 and sped up to double the tempo

Minutes to Midnight: Although I hated most of this album, Given Up, because it sounds so incredibly raw and un-FX'd

A Thousand Suns: The Catalyst, because it doesn't follow the generic Linkin Park structure, although Brad goes back to "blending in with the strings," unfortunately

Living Things: LIES GREED MISERY, because I know it's SO pimp, I can't possibly like any of the other songs more
