Like the topic says...what do you think the most underrated album of 2003 is? What cd do you think deserved to sell better/get more recognition? Mine would be Alien Ant Farm's TruANT. Awesome band with punk/jazz/rock influences...even some latin stuff in there. The other would be The Mars Volta's De-Loused In The Comatorium
Yeah...most critics did hate it. The not-so-deticated fans didn't like it too much either...a lot of people branded it "Hybrid Theory Pt. 2". Death to them all :argh:

The most under rated album of 2003 Is Ill nino - confession No1 likes Ill nino because they release a song that sounds more like 1 of their spanish songs I mean sum of their album is spanish but i think its the best album of the year

Death to them all :argh:
I dont think it's fair to call them undedicated fans. They care about the quality of the music and lyrics as they rightfully should because Hybrid Theory was a great album; but the follow up is supposed to be better than or as good as its predecesor. Meteora was neither.

Edit: I'm sorry if my post came off hostile, 'twas all meant to be in good humor...sorry
True I downloaded half their album last week
Yay! Someone agrees with me. I also think Year of the Spider was underrated. I believe critics called it cliche when compared to others of the same genre.
Are you a Canadain? Because 'Three Days Grace' have alot of recognition in Canada.
No. They should get more recognition in the U.S.
Ya know..it's funny..most people I know who HATED Hybrid Theory like Meteora. Yeah..Confession is a good album too.
limpbizkit - Results May Vary by far, i know its not the best album of 2003, but i dont think its even gone platinum in the U.S.A yet, which is a shame, because its an amazing album
Dream Theater - Train of Thought The Mars Volta - De-Loused in the Comatorium Opeth - Damnation If I were to pick out one it would be 'ToT'. Dream Theater is the most talented band in rock and one of the most creative. Their songs on their new album range from 3-14 minutes! Lots of catchy riffs, crazy drumming and solos on a level you've never heard before. In another era, these guys would be legends. Unfortunately, they aren't recognized enough for their ability. I suggest you check them out. I have heard good remarks from people on here who have downloaded the album, so I think you should give them a shot! Two Good 'Train of Thought' Reviews
