Do you think families are affected when the mother has a job out of the house?
how are the kids affected by that? Pros and cons
How are kids affected by not having their mom all the time? how is it good for them to have their mom working out of the house.

My mom never worked out of the house, so i want to know some experiences of people who have or haven't had their mom with them all the time.

I'm too tired to type out a full response, but I don't have a problem with it.

My mum stayed home with us for years, and now she's working, and the only difference is that she's happier.

In these times it's hard to live of 1 salary if you have kids, everything becomes more and more expensive so alot of mothers NEED to work. Ofcourse a kid needs it's mother, but I don't see a problem if say, the mother works 3 days a week and the other 4 she's home.

well my mom stayed home with me and my brother till i was about 13 then she had to get a job because of the Divorce but the only difference is shes not home a lot of the day and we don't sit down for dinner anymore. It doesn't bother me, i actually like it for more time alone lol

My mom has always worked, ever since we been a complete family. We live in a house that has 3 grown kids (myself included), so it's common for her to work. May not be the best job ever, but she's making quality pay and we're fine with that.

Only time when she didn't really work was when we moved up here, my brother hadn't started elementary school yet, so my mom basically spent her time here, and basically spoiling my brother, which sucked, but she found a job when he started growing up.

My mom always worked and always had time for us. It depends on how much a mother cares and if she's willing to go the extra mile for her kids.

My mother hasn't had a job since the day I was born. If I look at my friends who's both parents work, they all seem happier.

Mom can do her thing and the kids have more freedom.
