I got my deluxe edition box set today and was thumbing through everything, naturally. I was looking through the booklet inside the CD digipak and couldn't help but notice that Blackout and Waiting For The End were out of order... The art for WFTE and Wretches and Kings (the left and right pages, respectively) seem to fit together, so I'm sort of guessing that the artwork for it was finished before the final song order was decided.
