Missing Folders?

There are two folders that I cannot remove. When I try to delete them they say "Cannot delete file. Cannot read from the source file or disk." The folders don't exist but I can't get rid of them. How do I do so?

 

If you have Spybot, go into the Secure Shredder thing in Tools, then try clicking and dragging the folders into Spybot and shredding them, that might work.

 

will doing that screw up anything on the computer?

 

Depended if it was a important file.
