Why doesn't he sing any lead vocals live? I mean I totally think he could sing no roads left and in between live, but still he hasn't done either one, (YET) It's just that I watched the aol life sessions of fort minor's believe me, and mike singing the chorus, it's kind of hard to hear him but when the camera is close to him you can tell the difference from how it sounds without his voice, so I ask is he a shy singer?
Being able to sing it in a recording studio is completely different than having to sing it live, every night. He would probably strain his voice, not to mention there would be thousands of people watching him.
I kinda disagree on the people watching. They play their instruments nearly perfect infront of them. However, imagine having to sing after half a set or more of rapping, running around, playing guitar and (not so much) keyboard. Then add that to doing every night, will kinda wear your voice. Besides, he does lead vocals in HHH live. He sings at the end of it, too.
Exactly. Just listen to him when they play HHH live. You can tell it's hard for him to try and sing that. Mike's not a seasoned singer, so he'd likely need some vocal training to be able to properly sing live. I think he might be able to pull it off eventually.
They probably haven't done No Roads Left/In Between live because hardly anybody likes In Between, and the majority of people wouldn't know No Roads Left.
I do see where you're coming from but I can't really see LP seeing our reviews on single tracks, and in defense of NRL, think about QWERTY at PR07. Though, QWERTY is probably more popular than NRL.
