Thank god Mike's going to be singing more. THP disappointed in that aspect

 

But there will be some rapping. Just not as much as THP. Or there might be a guest rapper or two on the album, you never know.

 

Same. I'd avoid "Heavy" too if I hadn't already heard so much of it.

So we're getting at least 2 soft songs on the new album, sounds like it'll be a drastically different album than Hunting Party. I didn't like the sound on Hunting Party so I'm getting my hopes up for this.

 

That's pretty much how the album is most likely going to be, yeah. Complete opposite of The Hunting Party.

 

The album will be named after a song...

 

Conisdering Heavy is (even though we only got snippets so far) my least favorite Linkin Park song ever and the rest of the album will be similar to this song, I don't have high hopes that it'll be an album I'd enjoy.

I'm excited for Chester's vocals on the album after what Mike said.

I'm excited for OML the actual song, it sounds really beautiful.

I think the album will have a lot more depth than what we'll hear in Heavy.

 

I really dig everything we know until know, but I really hope there will be at least one or two heavy songs on the album, because there's hasn't been any sign of that yet.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of the "only heavy LP is real LP" people, I just really enjoy a healthy mix of heavy and soft songs.

 

It's a little tiring to see people complain that this album is not going to be like HT and others trashing all their other albums like nothing was that good. I'm not saying everything they've put out is perfect but I've thoroughly enjoyed all their music compared to other stuff that has been coming and going out there. I can't wait for this new album and go on this journey that the band has in store for us. Just so happy to be a fan and to keep watching these guys grow and try different things. Thank you LP.

 

so it's gonna be sad and emotional album? damn, it's just the mood i'm into for some time right now. I am very positively adjusted for this record. damn, I haven't been like that since the first news about MTM I suppose.

 

I think they still don't with a few.

 

And even then, the criticism is something the band is used to at this point and not something they pay any mind to in regards to their old sound.
