does anyone know any good metal bands/songs i should listen to and i dont want any of the nu-metal crap
metal eh? try these : blindside - pitiful glass jaw - cosmopolitan blood loss dark tranquility - monochromatic stains anything by "in flames" or "mdfmk" ummmm........iced earth, there's others but i can't remember. and this isn't punk, i don't like that.
I've only heard Blindside-Pitiful, and that song is DEFIDENTLY not metal lol. Thats more pop-rock. If you want hardcore metal, try Dying Fetus-Raped On The Altar, and Nile-Masturbating The War God Those are more of death metal though. Hatebreed is also good, I'm not sure if they're considered metal though.
my friend has a huge list of heavy metal bands, i'll try and get it off him. These are some of my favourite SpineShank Fear Factory Devolved Ill Nino Static-X Stone Sour Soulfly Slipknot God Smack Dope Hatebreed Cryptopsy Kittie i know a heap of others but they aren't really heavy... mix of heavy and linkin park proberly or linkin parks style moosic Last edited by MoJo at Oct 14 2002, 04:15 PM

Hardcore is so much different from anything you guys listen to... so much different... it cannot even be compared to metal or anything else. - Akuma :chemist:
try cradle of filth and fear factory too. glass jaw has some really hardcore stuff. and if you consider static-x to be metal, download their cd "machine"
