You can't be serious about actually posting this on the internet. But.. If you were trying to just waste 1 minute of someone's life, good for you, you were victorious. Good One. No Offense.
uhhh, yeah. The first one you posted wasn't bad, but this was... eek. ouch. Try and.. y'know, do more than hit the hi-hat repetitively for sixty seconds. But, keep up the drumming and everything, there's no reason to quit playing music because people put you down.
You guys do realize there's a difference between criticism and just being plain rude, right? To be fair, I'm sure you're a beginner or are still improving... but it wasn't anything special. It was extremely repetitive, showed no real skill, just that you have a good base to work off of. Good luck with your drumming.
I watched it just to laugh. I laughed. Your sucky drumming didn't make me laugh. The fact that you were wearing a gas mask did.
the first video i posted ,i didnt make it up or anything. i just smashed which ever skin i felt i should hit at the moment,on this one i tried to come out with something. using the hit hat pedal and some fill in snare beats. if you check the loops on most songs, they are pretty repetetive.thats how the rest of the band keep their timing. If it was,i dunno, as complex as a drum solo,i think the rest of the band would struggle to know where i was in the song etc. im cool with your opinions, but dont just insult me like that. ideas for improvement, or what ever.
That's easily the funniest thing I've seen in some time. The mask with the repetitive hi-hat and facing the brick wall is just hilarious! I love the part right before the hardcore hi-hat finale at around 46 seconds! Gets me everytime! But I don't know too much about drums but there are some parts where it's a little sloppy. Atleast you kept a rhythm most of the time.. Practice babe! :hugz:
Are you a percussionist? Here's just a little thing i noticed: Your hi-hat looks like it is about to slip right off the stand. It looks extrememly loose and even when you're using the pedal you don't get much of a different sound. You should to tighten it up unless you like it the way it is. Just on a note, I think I may take a clip of me drumming sometime and put it up just for a laugh and a half (This is not a 'show you up' kinda thing, I jsut get a kick out of recording myself.)

I might record myself too. [/b][/quote] Okay, so here's me thinking: Why don't we start up a topic or whatever of people recording themselves playing whatever instrument it is that they own, and people can give pointers and tips or comment on them playing?
